Winner: Elections New Zealand — Elections — Enrolment Form
Elections New Zealand has obviously invested a lot of effort to make this form fit for purpose. The language is generally very clear and the form is likely to be well suited to its audience. The layout is straightforward and easy on the eye, with good use of graphic devices such as arrows to direct the reader’s attention.
