Kiwibank wins Plain English award for website
The Kiwibank website has won the People's Choice Best Plain English Website award in the 2011 Plain English Awards. The Awards are designed to encourage businesses and organisations to communicate clearly and concisely and without creating confusion.
Kiwibank Head of Marketing Nicky Ashton said the award was “very satisfying.”
“It is very special to be chosen through popular vote for an award like this. We try very hard to ensure our website is easy to understand and easy to use. This shows we are getting it right. We will continue to strive to ensure the site is the best that we can make it."
