Winning the Best General Financial Document award in this year’s Plain English Awards is a great endorsement that we got it right.
We won the award for the AMP WealthView Complete Guide — a document designed to give potential investors all the information they need to make a sound investment decision.
Writing the Complete Guide in plain English was a challenge because AMP WealthView is AMP’s most sophisticated investment product. We recognise that when someone is deciding where to invest their money, they don’t want a lesson in economics and finance. However they do want to know everything that is relevant to their decision — such as their investment options, how they go about opening an account, the fees they’re likely to pay, and the level of service they can expect to receive.
