I would use this as an example of a document that was brilliantly reconceived into a new medium. [The document] applied plain language and design techniques \u2026 to the higher order concerns of a document.<\/p>\n

My understanding is that the goal for this document is to get a clear picture of how Aucklanders feel about the proposed changes so that the council can make an informed and democratic decision. I’m confident the consultation gives people the information they need to give useful feedback, and the response rate reflects how easy it is to use.<\/p>\n
