We thought this document was very reader-focused. We liked the informal language. The document had good engagement.<\/p>\n

M\u0101ori words were cleverly integrated so that even those who do not speak te reo would understand the meaning.<\/p>\n

Our Wellington \u2014 T\u014d T\u0101tou P\u014dneke<\/em> is delivered to every household in Wellington City, so it\u2019s important the content is user-friendly and appeals to a broad audience.<\/p>\n

Using plain English is one way to make sure the information we\u2019re sharing is compelling and easily understood by as many people as possible, whether we\u2019re encouraging people to attend an event or asking for feedback on a plan.<\/p>\n

We aim for our quarterly magazine to be like the city \u2014 attractive, progressive, and easy to get around. Feedback from readers shows our efforts are appreciated, which is very satisfying.<\/p>\n
