I’m thrilled to be a finalist for the Best Plain English Technical Communicator award, for content I’ve written as part of Xero's Help Centre team. Xero is online accounting software for small businesses around the world. Our Help Centre is often the first place customers go, to get information about how to use Xero. We’re committed to writing content that is clear, concise, and structured well. We want our customers to be able to find information easily, complete accounting tasks quickly, and get on with running their businesses.
