Perry Outdoor Education Trust (POET) is proud to be a finalist for the People’s Choice — Best Plain English Communication.

POET is a small not for profit working with low-decile Waikato secondary schools to provide quality, low-cost, and safe outdoor education experiences.

Our newsletter is one element of a wider communication strategy that we use to share our stories in a simple and engaging way. By using plain English, we can raise awareness of the work we do and the importance of connecting our young people to their natural world.
